Now I'm getting emails saying I need to pay back funds I never received. This has been very stressful and depressing. Communication is poor and the care level is ridiculous. I've tried everything to communication and have this resolved. I have a long string of email of communication with Blue Acorn and with ***** from Capital Plus. Once I sent that information I never heard back from them again.
I even sent them a copy of the documents I filled out showing that the funds should have went to USAA. I was told the funds was sent to *********** but I do not have a Chase account. The funds was never transferred to my account. Then I was told the funds had been sent to my account. I was still reaching out to them and not getting a response back. So I signed the documents and sent them back. I did not get a response but I kept getting email stating that the documents needed to be filled put and signed in a timely matter. I tried reaching out to find out if the documents were suppose to be that way. When the documents were sent to me I noticed that the documents were blank in some of the areas. I applied for a PPP Loan through Blue Acorn, I was approved. This is beyond theft and punishable in so many ways!Seriously. Something has to be done to stop these scammers. Im sure they would love for that to happen and the get to keep my money. SECOND COMPLAINT IN AN ATTEMPT TO RETRIEVE FUNDS I WAS APPROVED FOR! Blueacorn sent a SBA loan number and said I would need that number to apply for forgiveness. So now Im on the hook for $4,500.00 to the ***. If its denied then why was it originally sent to bank and bank rejected it? So after waiting 4 months to opt in for a Dash card, now they say its denied. The replied and stated that my loan is denied. Then 2 weeks later I emailed Blueacorn because I never received the card. I finally got that email end of September.

They said the will send an email so I can update my bank info or opt for a Dash debit card. Blue Acorn sends Email that my bank rejected the funds. The *** WEBSITE SHOWS I have a ppp loan and Im that its been disbursed.
